Located in one of London’s most fashionable office locations, we were tasked with the full refurbishment of number 5 St James square. In 2017, after the works were complete, the offices broke the record for the most expensive office rent prices (per square ft) leading up to that point. The unification of the older classical finishes with modern features gave the offices a remarkable atmosphere. Seeing the artistic design transform into reality was magical with this building.
